Can I use any other branded headphones or earphones with my Dream Weaver?

The Dream Weaver supports all headphones and earphones via it's 3.5 mm ext. headphone socket.

Will songs from iTunes work with the Dream Weaver?

Even though you will be able to hear the song through the Dream Weaver, the LEDs will not function. AudioStrobe signals are required to be present within a song in order for the LEDs to function.

Can I add the AudioStrobe signal to my existing songs or audio files?

There is a software tool that will allow you to add the AudioStrobe signal to your songs or audio file. Click on the following link to learn more: http://www.audiostrobe.com/englishX/frameset.php

Troubleshooting

The LEDs are not flashing when audio is played

1. Ensure that the audio that is playing is AudioStrobe encoded.
2. Check the audio player volume is not set to mute or very low. It should be set to 80% to 100% loudness.
3. Try recharging the Dream Weaver until fully charged
4. If playing from a smartphone, ensure that your smartphone case is not preventing the 3.5 mm male audio jack from being fully inserted into the audio jack.
5. Connect your fully charged Dream Weaver via the mini-USB to 3.5 mm audio cable to the device you are reading this on and click ‘play’ on the Quick Light and Sound test button above and you should have light and sound coming from your Dream Weaver for 60 seconds.
NOTE: Not all programs have flashing lights beginning at the beginning of the program.

The LEDs are too bright when audio is played

Adjust to a comfortable level by pressing the LED intensity button found on the Dream Weaver. There are 6 levels of intensity. Every time you press the button it gets brighter until it reaches the brightest and then it cycles from the beginning again.

The LEDs are too dim when audio is played

1. Increase brightness of LED by pressing the LED intensity button found on the Dream Weaver
2. Check and increase volume from your audio player

LEDs flashing but no audio is heard

1. Ensure your headphones or earphones are connected correctly
2. If your headphones or earphones have an independent volume, ensure this is turned up
3. Turn up the volume on your Dream Weaver Device ‘- VOL +” Press on the + button.

NOTE – If the volume head through the headphone/earbuds is too loud, control the volume with the – VOL + control buttons on the Dream Weaver device and not with the player device volume control. Below a certain volume on the player and the AudioStrobe is disabled and the lights won’t flash
